Classic Cheese Puree Soup

According to the recipe, it is recommended to use cheddar as a cheese base. But instead, you can safely take the same amount of regular hard cheese (300 g). The remaining ingredients: half a liter of heavy cream, a celery stalk, carrot, a pinch of ground hot pepper, onion, half a glass of wheat flour, half a packet of good butter, salt, 460 ml of vegetable broth.

  1. All vegetables are peeled and not coarsely chopped. Then they are fried in preheated butter until soft.
  2. All the flour spills out to the vegetables. After thorough mixing, the ingredients simmer on the fire for another 5-6 minutes.
  3. Next, the contents of the pan are poured into a saucepan. The remaining liquid components, such as broth and cream, are poured there. Boil a mass of 12-14 minutes.
  4. It remains to add grated cheese to the soup, wait until it is melted and puree the dish using a submersible blender.
  5. For another couple of minutes, the treat returns to the fire, after which it is peppered and salted.

Chicken Recipe

A more rich soup will turn out if you use chicken meat when cooking it. The birds will need 170 g. The remaining ingredients: onion, 3 potatoes, processed cheese without additives, carrots, a mixture of spices for soup, 1 liter of filtered water, a slice of butter, fine salt.

  1. Slices of chicken are cooked until tender along with cubes of onions, potatoes and carrots.
  2. Butter, salt and cheese are added to the resulting soup. The mass is boiled until the latter melts.

  4. The contents of the pan are transferred to a pot with broth. On low heat, the contents are cooked until the slices of zucchini are soft.
  5. The soup is salted, sprinkled with paprika. Cheese is added to it. When it is completely melted, you can mashed the mass.

Unlike a potato dish, zucchini soup with cheese is lighter and even suitable for dieting.

Multicooked Cheese Soup
