  • 285 g of sweet sand (a glass - for cream);

  • 385 g of flour (three spoons - for cream);
  • 155 g butter (100 g - for cream);
  • 655 ml of milk (455 ml - for cream);
  • a bag of vanillin.

Cooking method:

  1. The first thing to do is cake layers, which we will bake in a pan. For the dough, melt the butter, cool, drive in the eggs and fill in the sugar. Whisk.
  2. Enter about a half cup of flour with soda, mix. Now pour a glass of milk, stir and get a batter.
  3. We bake pancake cakes in a pan under a closed lid.
  4. Now let's do the cream. To do this, pour milk into the stewpan, hammer in the eggs, pour the sweetener and flour, carefully mix everything and put on the stove. We stand until thickened, then remove from heat. Put vanilla and wait until the mass cools slightly.

Ingredients:

  • 485 g of flour;
  • packaging of margarine (butter);
  • half a glass of water;
  • a pinch of salt and slaked soda.

For custard:

  • half a cup of milk;
  • two tablespoons of flour;
  • two large eggs;
  • a cup of sweet sand;
  • half-pack of oil.

For creamy cream:

  • oil packaging;
  • can of condensed milk.

Cooking method:

  1. Let's start with the impregnation of cakes. For custard, take a ladle, break eggs into it and stir with flour and sweetener. Pour in non-cold milk and poison the composition on the stove.
  2. Turn off the fire as soon as the mass boils. Cool, put the butter and whisk. We do not recommend putting vanilla in custard, as it will interrupt its creamy taste.
  3. For the cream itself, just take the condensed milk and butter, stir with a mixer until the mass increases.
  4. Now it's the turn of the test. Pour flour into a bowl. Three butter on a grater or chopped with a knife. Pour salt and soda and knead everything quickly. Long work with the test is not necessary. Cool it for 40 minutes.
  5. We divide the kolobok into equal parts. Each roll in a circle and bake cakes in a pan. They are baked quickly - each will take no more than three minutes.
  6. We lay the finished cakes in a stack. We leave one for sprinkling, and the rest we coat with custard. We process the dessert sides with a creamy mass and form the last, top layer.

Pancakes can be served simply with sour cream and jam or wrap any filling in them. And also, from them you can make a cake.
