The “boiling water” biscuit turns out to be beautiful, high and slightly moist. For impregnation, you can prepare any cream, as well as make layers of fruit. A particularly delicious dessert is obtained with sour cream and cherry filling.

For the test, prepare in advance:

  • premium flour - one and a half cups;
  • granulated sugar - one and a half cups;
  • eggs - a couple of pieces;
  • fatter milk - a glass;
  • vegetable oil - half a cup;
  • cocoa powder - two tablespoons;
  • baking powder - 10 g.

Ingredients for Cherry Filler:

  • 320 g of cherries (can be frozen);
  • 40 g of regular sugar;
  • half as much starch.

Ingredients for Cream Composition:

  • 140 g of oil and sweet powder;
  • 320 ml sour cream.

Go to the icing:

  • 130 g of chocolate (dark);
  • half the fatty oil;
  • 30 g of white powder.

Cooking method:

  1. First mix all the dry dough products.
  2. Next, shake the eggs in a dense foam, pour the oil, then pour the dry mixture in parts and pour the milk.
  3. As soon as the mass becomes homogeneous, pour boiling water and quickly mix with a whisk. The dough will come out liquid, but don’t be afraid, this consistency is normal.
  4. Oil the bowl and lay the base in it, set the baking mode for 1¼ hours.
  5. After waiting for the signal, hold the biscuit for half an hour in the "Heating" mode. The baking should come out high and as soon as it cools down, you can divide it in bulk by cutting along.
  6. Take all the ingredients for the cream mass and mix them with a mixer. Using the pastry bag, apply the resulting composition to the first two cakes in the form of rings, leaving room for the cherry filler.
  7. For berry filling, unfreeze cherries, transfer to a saucepan with sweet sand and place on a stove.
  8. Combine the remaining cherry juice with starch. As soon as the berries boil, pour in the juice and simmer until the composition is thick.
  9. Distribute the cherry filling over the cake layers, cover with the last, and coat the dessert with the remaining cream on top and sides. Send it in the cold.
  10. It remains only to prepare the icing. To do this, put chocolate, butter and sugar in a bucket. Melt on a stove and cook until smooth.
  11. Remove the cake with icing and return to the cold again for three hours.

Lush biscuit dessert

Sponge cake is a lightweight porous dough made from simple ingredients. Sponge cake can be baked in a slow cooker and soaked in any cream or just served with honey and jam.

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs;
  • 150 g of flour and sugar;
  • a pinch of salt.

Cooking method:

  1. Break the eggs into components and start whipping the proteins with salt.
  2. Without turning off the mixer, pour sugar in portions. The mass is dense and when turning the bowl should not leak on the walls.
  3. Then add the yolks one at a time, while the mixer should constantly work.

  • 240 g of sweet sand;
  • 340 g flour;

Algorithm of actions:

  1. Using a mixer, shake the eggs with the sweetener in a thick foam, then pour in the honey and mix thoroughly again.
  2. Stir the flour with a cultivator and pour into a sweet egg mixture.

  4. Lubricate the honey cake with a creamy mass based on sour cream, butter and granulated sugar, leave it in the cold for several hours.

Carrot cake in a slow cooker

  • 50 g of walnut;
  • 50 g of butter and vegetable oil;
  • 380 ml sour cream;
  • 25 g baking powder.

Cooking method:

  1. Soak the raisins first, chop the nut, grind the carrots with a grater not too finely, and the zest, on the contrary, is smaller.
  2. Proteins need to be shaken to a dense mass, and the yolks should be ground with half sugar sugar. Then pour in freshly squeezed orange juice (not in store) and vegetable oil, put flour together with a cultivator and zest.

  • 270 g of sweet sand;
  • 210 g of oil;
  • one egg;
  • bag of flavored sugar.

Glaze Ingredients:

  • half a pack of oil;
  • 110 g of high-quality (!) Chocolate (black);
  • 60 g apricot jam (jam).

Brilliant, elastic glaze will turn out only from good chocolate. Choose pure, high in cocoa. If a piece in your hands immediately begins to melt, you have taken a quality product.

Cooking method:

  1. Using a mixer, mix the eggs with condensed milk, then put a spoonful of slaked soda and pour the flour with cocoa. Knead the dough so that there are no lumps.
  2. Fill the oiled multicooker bowl with the base and bake in the “Baking” mode for an hour.
  3. Put eggs, flour and sweetener in a small saucepan, pour milk. Beat the composition and send to the fire. Cook the cream over low heat until thickened, stirring occasionally so that there are no flour clots. Once the cream has cooled, put fragrant vanilla in it.
  4. To impregnate a delicate texture, mix it with a mixer, putting soft butter and cocoa. Put the cream in the cold for a couple of hours.

  • 1.5 tsp baking powder;

Cooking method:

  • 1.5 tsp vanilla extract;
  • 50 ml of vegetable oil;

  • 280 g of flour;

  • a cup of kefir (natural yogurt);
  • 1 tsp. vinegar and baking powder.

Ingredients for Cream:

  • a cup of creamy cottage cheese;
  • 80 g of oil;
  • 1 tsp vanillin;
  • 180 g of sweet sand.

Cooking method:

  1. Before proceeding with the preparation of the cake, we will tell you how to get beetroot dye. Take a large beetroot, grate it, put it in a stewpan and fill it with water so that it completely covers the beetroot. Put the container on the fire and cook its contents for three minutes after boiling. Add three drops of vinegar, cool the beetroot chips, and then squeeze.
  2. Mix beetroot with vanilla extract and cocoa.
  3. Beat eggs with a sweetener separately, and then combine the mass with dye.
  4. Introduce flour and yogurt alternately, at the end put vinegar slaked with vinegar.
  5. Divide the dough into two portions and bake the cakes in a slow cooker in the "Baking" mode for 50 minutes.
  6. Cut each cake lengthwise and apply a creamy layer of cream cheese, butter, granulated sugar and vanilla.

  1. Butter should be put in the freezer for half an hour, and then grind it using an ordinary grater.
  2. Add half the sugar to the butter crumbs, one egg and flour with a cultivator, knead the shortcrust pastry.
  3. In an oiled bowl, lay out the finished composition and place the sides on it. Put the bowl with the contents in the cold.
  4. Mix the remaining eggs and sugar with a mixer, add sour cream and vanillin.
