The taste of the most famous chocolate bar, in which there is a lot of peanuts and thick - a thick layer of chocolate, is embodied in this dessert. Five options for making an Air Snickers cake allow you to accurately convey its feature.

Classic recipe

The characteristic taste shades of world famous chocolate are reflected in the saturation of two layers of cream and three biscuits, decorated with a thick layer of chocolate glaze.

 

You will need:

  • 200 g butter;
  • 130 g of flour;
  • two eggs;
  • one can of boiled condensed milk;
  • 200 g cracker;
  • 200 g peanuts;
  • 180 g of sugar;
  • half a teaspoon of soda.

Technology:

  1. For the biscuit dough, separate the proteins and beat them for 5 minutes. After this, carefully pour sugar. In order to make the whipped foam strong and not fall, you need to add a small pinch of salt to the proteins at the very beginning of the whipping.
  2. Introduce the yolks and continue whisking for ten minutes.
  3. After the mass becomes dense, acquires a white color and a smooth lush consistency, pour in the soda, extinguished with vinegar, lemon juice or boiling water. You can use a baking powder, 2 teaspoons is enough.
  4. Stirring, gradually pour in wheat flour. If you pre-sift it, the dough enriched with oxygen will turn out more airy and lush. It can be mixed with a spoon or mixer. When using the latter, the whipping time will be no more than half a minute.
  5. Put the dough in a greased form. Bake for 1 hour at 200 degrees. So that the finished biscuit does not donkey, the oven must not be opened within 15 minutes after the completion of baking.
  6. We take out the cake from the mold and leave it overnight so that it does not crumble during cutting.
  7. To prepare the cream, fry peanuts in a frying pan without oil until a pleasant color and smell appear. Constantly mix so that it does not burn.
  8. Cool, peel, rubbing peanuts with your palms.
  9. We break the cracker or roll it with a rolling pin right in the package.
  10. Beat the condensed milk with softened butter, mix with peanuts and pieces of cracker. If the cream becomes soft, put it in the refrigerator.
  11. We cut the biscuit into three parts and proceed to the assembly of the cake. We spread half the cream on the lower and middle cakes. Pour the top cake with chocolate icing made from melted chocolate and butter. You can decorate all sides or fill only the top to form chocolate smudges. Garnish with peanuts or powdered sugar if desired.

Place the finished cake in the refrigerator. The longer it stays, the better it will be saturated and will be much tastier.

Cooking with meringues

Cake Air Snickers with meringue from biscuit dough is prepared within 7.5 hours, looks presentable and very similar in taste to its chocolate counterpart.

 

You will need:

  • 100 g of flour;
  • 5 eggs;
  • 4 egg whites
  • 430 g sugar;
  • 200 g butter;
  • 200 g peanuts;
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of corn starch;
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of cocoa powder;
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder;
  • a pinch of vanillin;
  • 1 can of boiled condensed milk.

Technology:

  1. For meringue cake, beat 250 g of sugar with 4 proteins to strong peaks. Cover the baking sheet with parchment and lay on it a protein mass in the form of a circle. Bake until cooked.
  2. To prepare the biscuit text, we separate the proteins from the yolks and beat them with 90 g of sugar to a stable foam.
  3. Separately, beat five yolks with the same amount of sugar and 50 g of oil.
  4. Combine the protein-yolk mass and add flour mixed with starch, vanilla and baking powder.
  5. Pour the dough into a mold and bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 180 degrees 40 minutes.
  6. Cool the biscuit, cut into two parts and soak in sugar and water syrup.
  7. To prepare the cream, beat 150 g of softened butter with a can of boiled condensed milk.
  8. Smear one half of the biscuit with half the cream, sprinkle liberally with part of the peanuts, previously roasted and chopped with a rolling pin.
  9. Top with meringue cake, spread with the remaining cream, sprinkle with nuts.
  10. The second half of the biscuit gently squeeze everything.
  11. Cover with chocolate icing and decorate with peanuts.

We leave in the refrigerator for impregnation, the time is 3 hours.

From shortcrust pastry

Homemade cake is made from the usual ingredients found in every kitchen.

You will need:

  • three glasses of flour;
  • six eggs;
  • 250 g margarine;
  • 200 g butter;
  • 3.5 cups of sugar;
  • one can of boiled condensed milk;
  • 1 teaspoon of soda;
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise;
  • vanillin flavoring;
  • walnuts.

Technology:

  1. For shortcrust pastry, separate the yolks from the proteins and beat them with 1.5 cups of sugar.
  2. We introduce, mixing, softened margarine, slaked soda, vanilla, flour and mayonnaise.
  3. Knead the soft dough, divide into three parts and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Beat the whites in a strong foam and pour 2 cups of sugar in a thin stream.
  5. We take out the dough from the refrigerator. Thinly roll out the first part, put 1/3 of the protein mass on it and make peaks, holding a spoon up and down the surface.
  6. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees.
  7. Repeat the same steps with the second and third cake.
  8. For cream, beat butter with condensed milk.
  9. We coat the first cake with half the cream, sprinkle with nuts. We also act with the second cake. Top the cake with icing from melted chocolate and sprinkle with nuts.

You will need:

  • 200 g of flour;
  • 80 g of butter;
  • 100 g of dark chocolate;
  • 100 g peanuts;
  • 300 ml of heavy cream;
  • five eggs;
  • one glass of sugar;
  • 2 tbsp.tablespoons of milk;
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of powdered sugar;
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder;
  • 2/3 cans of condensed milk;
  • vanillin.

Technology:

  1. In a steam bath, melt the chocolate, add milk.
  2. Beat with vanilla, sugar and yolks.
  3. Beat the proteins separately until stable.
  4. Mix with chocolate mixture.
  5. Pour in flour sifted and mixed with baking powder parts.
  6. Grease a bowl of multicookers with sunflower oil, sprinkle with flour and put the dough in it.
  7. Set the “Baking” mode for 50 minutes, cool and divide into three equal parts.
  8. To prepare the first cream, whip the 33% cream to increase in volume and add the powdered sugar.
  9. For the second cream, beat the soft butter with condensed milk and pour the crushed roasted peanuts.
  10. Putting the cake together. We lubricate the two cakes with the first butter cream, and also coat them with the side.
  11. Cover the top cake with a second nut cream.
  12. Pour chocolate icing prepared from a bar of chocolate, melted with 120 ml of milk and mixed until thick.
  13. Sprinkle with peanuts and put in the refrigerator for one hour.

With chocolate and condensed milk

 

To make a cake with the taste of a chocolate bar, it takes a little time and the simplest set of ingredients:

  • 300 g of sugar;
  • 250 g of flour;
  • 250 g butter;
  • 150 g peanuts;
  • three eggs;
  • one can of boiled condensed milk;
  • 200 g of chocolate.

Technology:

  1. Separate the proteins from the yolks and cool.
  2. Grind the yolks with 125 g of butter, pour half a glass of sugar, sifted flour. Mix everything and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, put on it an even layer of chilled dough.
  4. Beat the proteins with the second half of sugar until strong and spread over the dough.
  5. Bake one hour at 160 degrees.
  6. Divide the finished baking into three cakes.
  7. Prepare a cream of whipped oil and boiled condensed milk. Coat them with all the cakes and sprinkle with roasted peanuts.
  8. Pour the cake with melted chocolate. Sprinkle with the remaining nuts.
  9. Allow to soak overnight in the refrigerator.
