Instead of high-fat fat cakes for dessert, you can serve delicious dumplings with strawberries. Their recipes with different variations of the filling are published below. Instead of fresh berries, they can use frozen, and even jam.

Classic dumplings with strawberries

According to the classic recipe, the basis for the test is fresh cow's milk and water. Liquids need to take 60 ml. And, besides: 2 tbsp. white flour, raw large egg, a small spoon of non-aromatic oil, 2 tbsp. fresh berries and half a glass of granulated sugar, a large pinch of starch.

  1. Flour is sifted from a long distance into a bowl. This is necessary to saturate the product with oxygen.
  2. In the resulting slide, a depression is made into which the egg is gently driven with a fork.
  3. In a separate cup, a slightly warm dairy product and water are mixed.
  4. The resulting mixture is poured into flour.
  5. After adding oil, the dough is thoroughly mixed and set aside.
  6. Strawberries are carefully picked, washed and cut into large pieces. Berries are sprinkled with starch.
  7. Small circles are cut from the finished dough, strawberry filling sprinkled with sugar is laid out in the middle of each.
  8. The edges of each workpiece are tightly molded, after which you can begin the cooking process.

Ready-made dumplings are conveniently frozen for storage.

Steaming recipe in a slow cooker

An even more useful treat is making it using a slow cooker. From the products taken: 2.5 tbsp. wheat white flour, 1 tsp fast yeast, just over 1 tbsp. medium-fat kefir, chicken egg, a pinch of salt, a glass of fresh berries, granulated sugar.

  1. Kefir is slightly whipped with 2 tbsp. granulated sugar, egg and a pinch of fine salt.
  2. Sifted flour and yeast are poured into the mass. After thorough kneading, the dough remains warm for 1.5 hours.
  3. Pre-washed and chopped berries are laid out on rolled mugs of the approached dough, then sprinkled with sugar.
  4. Blinded blanks are laid out on a special grill for steaming. In Steaming mode, they languish for 25 minutes.

The resulting dumplings are served with sour cream.

With strawberries on the water

If there were no dairy products at hand, ordinary drinking water may well become the basis of sweet dumplings. In addition to liquid (1.5 tbsp.), Used: 2 tbsp. white sifted flour, 620 g of fresh berries, 3.5-4.5 tbsp. granulated sugar, 2 village eggs, 1 small spoon of rock salt.

  1. Strawberries are washed, picked, poured with sugar and put away in the cold for about 25 minutes. After the specified time, the berries get rid of excess juice. It’s convenient to use a colander for this.
  2. For the dough, the flour is poured into a bowl, a depression is made in the center of the slide, into which water is poured, eggs and salt are added.
  3. The mass is thinly rolled and cut into small circles.
  4. Strawberries are placed in the blanks, which are abundantly sprinkled with sugar in the sand.
  5. Boiled in unsalted water.

With strawberries in milk

A very popular recipe is that only whole milk comes from a liquid. This dough for dumplings is especially tender. In addition to milk (210 ml), it is used: 470 g of fresh or thawed berries, 120 g of sugar, a large egg, 490 g of flour, a pinch of salt.

  1. Flour and salt are sifted a couple of times into a wide bowl. An egg is driven into the recess.
  2. Milk is poured into the flour, and the dough begins to mix actively.
  3. The finished dough is folded into a ball, covered with a bag and left at room temperature for 45 minutes.
  4. Then you can roll out the mass, divide it into miniature circles and fill each of them with berries and sugar.

With strawberry jam

If fresh berries were not at hand, you can use strawberry jam. Even the blanks of past years will do. From the products taken: 320 g of sifted white flour, 85 ml of water, a pinch of salt, 65 ml of milk, an egg, 270 g of thick jam.

  1. Flour is poured into a deep bowl and mixed with salt. Water, salt, milk and slightly beaten eggs are added to the mass.
  2. Of all the ingredients listed, a steep homogeneous dough is kneaded. Under the film in a warm place, it is infused for about half an hour.
  3. The dough is cut into pieces, each of which is rolled into a thin blank. Jam is laid out in the middle.
  4. The edges of the dough are very tightly connected.

Boiled in boiling water for 8-10 minutes.

Cottage cheese dumplings recipe

It is better to take sour cottage cheese, which will extinguish soda, and make the dough more airy. In addition to this dairy product (140 g), it uses: 3 raw eggs, half a glass of sugar, 40 g of sour cream, half a small spoon of soda, a pinch of salt, 490 g of flour, 220 g of fresh strawberries, 60 g of icing sugar.   1. Eggs beat with sugar. Soda, salt and cottage cheese are added to the same mass. After mixing, the components are left for 5-7 minutes.

  4. The blanks are rolled out, washed strawberries are laid in them, generously sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Lush Dumplings

This version of the treat is prepared on kefir. It will be enough 1 tbsp. product. You will also need to prepare: 380 g flour, egg, 1.5 tbsp. granulated sugar in a dough, a pinch of vanillin, 1 tsp without a slide of baking soda, 4 tbsp. non-aromatic oil, a pinch of salt, 480 g of strawberries, sugar for sprinkling berries.

  1. Kefir and eggs should be at room temperature.These products are combined with granulated sugar and salt, and then beat well with a fork.
  2. It remains to pour non-aromatic sunflower oil, add vanillin and start pouring flour.
  3. The dough is kneaded with a spoon and laid out on a surface sprinkled with soda. It continues to wrinkle with your hands until all the dry product is absorbed into the mass.
  4. Strawberries are washed, cut, finely chopped and filled with sugar.
  5. The resulting berry filling is laid out on dough circles, which need to be “glued” tightly.

Serve deliciously with milk.

Cooking from kefir dough

There is another interesting version of the test for dumplings, which also includes kefir. In addition to 270 ml of liquid, it is used: 3 tbsp. flour, a pinch of salt, 350 g of fresh or frozen strawberries, sugar for the filling to taste.

  1. Wheat flour is sieved and salted.
  2. A little warm kefir is poured into the bowl with flour.
  3. Knead soft dense dough.
  4. Small pieces are plucked from the mass, each of which is rolled into circles.
  5. Billets are sprinkled with sugar, and washed and cut in half berries are laid out to the sand.

To prevent the filling from flowing out during cooking, the edges of the dumplings must be carefully fastened, best of all - with a “pigtail”.
