Step-by-step cooking steps:

  1. Take 1/3 flour and pass through a strainer into the dishes. Add the butter, cut into pieces.
  2. Mash flour and butter with your fingers or with a fork. It should be a "tiny" mass. Pour yeast into it and pour warm milk.
  3. Add the mixture with salt, sugar and yolks. Thoroughly interfere. Cover with a towel and leave for 25 minutes. Opara is considered finished when bubbles appear in it.
  4. Sift the remaining flour into a dough and begin to knead the dough with your hands.
  5. Remove the resulting elastic mass in a container and cover with a towel. The dough should rise. This process may take 20 minutes.
  6. After, knead the dough again and leave it aside again so that it “fits”. In total, this procedure must be done several times. The finished dough should have a bright smell of fermentation.
  7. While preparing the dough, we must begin to prepare the filling. Pour lemon over boiling water, then cool in running water.You will need chopped zest of citrus fruit.
  8. In a separate bowl, combine the cottage cheese, powdered sugar, whipped whites and zest. This mixture should be a snow-white color.
  9. Roll out the finished test mass to a layer less than 2 cm thick and cut into small squares. Distribute the entire filling evenly on them and form closed envelopes.
  10. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and lay the future cheesecakes. Using a silicone brush, coat them with yolks.
  11. The baking sheet should stand ¼ hours warm so that the cheesecakes “rise”. Do not ignore this paragraph of the recipe, since ready-made pastries can turn out to be lush.

Condensed milk, sour cream and chocolate pastries

Products:

  • 1.5 cups flour
  • half a glass of sugar
  • pack of butter (120 g softened)
  • 1 pack of baking powder
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 pack of vanilla sugar
  • 3 chicken eggs
  • can of condensed milk
  • 4 large spoons of sour cream
  • 70 g of dark chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons of milk

Cooking process:

  1. From flour, butter, sugar (0.5 glass) and baking powder to make a crumby mass. This can be done with a blender at low speed.
  2. In another bowl of cottage cheese, eggs and sugar (a glass of ordinary + a packet of vanilla) make a cream. Beat it thoroughly with a mixer until smooth.
  3. In a greased mold, lay a layer of crumbly mass, then a layer of cream. Repeat this until the components run out. It is important that the top layer be crumbs.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake a little less than an hour.

  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar

How to do:

  1. Chop the butter with a knife, mix with sugar, baking powder and flour. Rub it all up to the crumbs.
  2. In a separate bowl, thoroughly mix all the components of the curd filling.
  3. Divide flour crumbs into 4 servings, curd filling should be divided into 3 servings.
  4. Cover the form with parchment.
  5. Spread layers of crumbs and curd filling one after another. The last layer must be made of crumbs.
  6. Bake at 180 degrees for about an hour.

In a slow cooker

Dough:

  • a glass of flour
  • pack of butter (margarine can)
  • 10 g baking powder

Fill:

  • 2 chicken eggs
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • Half a cottage cheese

Cream:

  • 170 g of condensed milk
  • 4 large spoons of sour cream

How to cook:

  1. Using butter, baking powder and flour, knead crumbled dough with your hands.
  2. Make a fill. Beat the eggs and gradually add two types of sugar to them (regular and vanilla). Add the curd and mix.
  3. Lubricate the slow cooker inside with sunflower oil.
  4. Observing the order of “dough - 2 tbsp. l fill ”lay out the components. The last layer should be the dough. Layers are thin.
