  • 2 tsp mild mustard;

Cooking:

  1. Remove the crust from the bread. Cut the rest into smooth, neat squares.
  2. Coat the base with a very thin layer of mild mustard.
  3. Soften the butter and mix it with chopped dill. If desired, add the resulting aromatic composition. A more spicy shade can be given to it with the help of coriander rubbed in a mortar.

  5. Lay on top a piece of herring and half a black olive.

  1. Cut the baguette into medium slices and grease them densely with cream cheese. To taste, you can replace it with softened butter with spices.
  2. Peel the avocado, get rid of the seeds, finely chop and sprinkle with lime juice. Put the fruit slices on top of the cheese spread and cover them with a thin plate of cucumber.
  3. Cut salmon into strips, sprinkle with herbs and roll up.
