An interesting unbroken appetizer for the festive table is fried crab sticks. Preparing simply and literally in minutes. You can supplement crab sticks with various fillings, combining taste, introducing novelty into familiar recipes.

Fried crab sticks with cheese

Product Composition:

  • 12 pcs chilled crab sticks;
  • 400 g of salted cheese;
  • 1 pack of mayonnaise;
  • 50 - 70 g of rice flour;
  • 1 dessert spoon of soy sauce;
  • 3 eggs;
  • oil.

Recipe:

  1. Rub the cheese very finely. Pour all the mayonnaise to it.
  2. Mix the filling well.
  3. For batter, mix raw eggs, soy sauce, rice flour.
  4. Gently unfold the crab sticks. Cover them with cheese filling.
  5. Wrap sticks. Dip in the resulting rice batter.
  6. Fry the blanks in hot oil.

With garlic

Product Composition:

  • a small package of juicy crab sticks;
  • 1 egg
  • 3 to 5 dessert spoons of flour;
  • 100 g "Gouda";
  • 2 - 4 tooth. fresh garlic;

  • breadcrumbs for breading;
  • sunflower oil.

Recipe:

  1. Pour the contents of the raw egg into a bowl. Beat well until frothy.
  2. Thoroughly heat the pan with sunflower oil.
  3. Remove films from crab sticks. Expand.
  4. Finely rub the cheese. Add mashed garlic to it. Fill the mass with mayonnaise. Brush stuffed crab sticks. Wrap blanks.
  5. Roll each in flour. Sprinkle with egg mixture. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  6. Fry in a pan until golden brown.

Product Composition:

  • 12 pcs large crab sticks;
  • 100 g of small shrimp;
  • 1 onion;
  • vegetable oil;
  • mayonnaise;
  • breadcrumbs;
  • 100 g of champignons;
  • 2 boiled eggs and 1 raw;
  • 100 g finely grated cheese.

Recipe:

  1. Separately rub the boiled proteins and yolks.
  2. Chop raw onion finely. Cut the champignons into slices. Fry the ingredients together in vegetable oil. Grind them with a blender into a homogeneous mass.
  3. Cook the shrimp until cooked. Finely chop.
  4. Mix frying with cheese, seafood, protein. Add mayonnaise.
  5. Expand crab sticks. Stuff them with a mass from the last step. Wrap sticks.

Dip them in a beaten egg, roll in breadcrumbs. Fry for a couple of minutes in hot oil.

Fried crab sticks

Product Composition:

  • 1 table egg;
  • 3 dessert spoons of sifted flour;
  • 150 g of crab sticks;
  • salt, ground black pepper;
  • refined oil.

Recipe:

  1. If the crab sticks were frozen, then they first need to be thawed. But for the discussed snack, a chilled product is better suited - it can be carefully deployed without tearing the plate.
  2. Pour the contents of the raw egg into a small bowl. Add ground black pepper. Salt the mixture. Shake using a whisk.
  3. Pour the mass into the flour in parts, whipping it after each new portion. The batter should be homogeneous without lumps and quite thick.
  4. Clean crab sticks from films. Each stick is cut into two parts. Dip in a thick batter. Fry in a skillet with preheated fat.
  5. Put fried crab sticks in batter on paper towels so that they absorb excess oil.

Product Composition:

  • 200 - 250 g of spaghetti;
  • 200 - 250 g of chilled crab sticks;
  • 3 medium tomatoes;
  • 2 tooth. fresh garlic;
  • 4 dessert spoons of olive oil;
  • 40 g of frozen parsley;
  • salt and dry spices.

Recipe:

  1. Cook spaghetti in salt water until cooked. Throw them in a colander. Allow excess fluid to drain. Do not rinse! Add half the olive oil to the spaghetti.
  2. Pour the tomatoes over with boiling water, then with ice water. Grind vegetables in small pieces.
  3. Send the tomatoes to the pan. Pour straw sticks of crab sticks to them. To salt. Add dry spices and frozen parsley.
  4. Cook the mass over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Spaghetti twist "nests", put on plates in portions.

Pan-fried roll

Product Composition:

  • 1 large pack of crab sticks;
  • 1 handful of peeled walnuts;
  • ½ cans of cod liver;
  • 2 eggs;
  • mayonnaise and fresh herbs;
  • frying oil.

Recipe:

  1. Boil eggs until hardened yolk. Cool them, peel them. Finely chop.
  2. Fry the peeled nuts in a dry skillet for a couple of minutes. Grind with a blender to the state of large crumbs.
  3. Drain the oil from the can of fish. Pound the pieces with a spoon.
  4. Mix the liver with nuts, boiled eggs, chopped herbs and mayonnaise. Optionally, you can add to the filling and fine salt.
  5. Clean crab sticks from films. Each one must be carefully deployed so as not to damage the base.
  6. Thickly grease the unfolded crab sticks with the filling. Gently roll tight rolls.

Lightly fry each stick with the filling on preheated fat on each side. If you wish, you can skip this step and serve a snack without heat treatment.

Fried balls of crab sticks and cheese

Product Composition:

  • 100 g of fatty butter;
  • 200 - 250 g of juicy chilled crab sticks;
  • 100 g already finely grated cheese;
  • 1 egg
  • crumbs for pickling;
  • fat for deep fat.

Recipe:

  1. Cool the butter. Coarsely rub it.
  2. Grind chilled crab sticks with a fine grater.
  3. Mix both ingredients with cheese.
  4. Blind small balls from the resulting mass. Each dip in a beaten egg, roll in breadcrumbs.

Cook the appetizer deep-fried for 2 minutes.
